Our Mission is to meet the spiritual needs and make disciples (Matt. 28.19-20) of those who serve or who have served (First Responders, Military, and their families) and to equip them for Godly service.

Our Hope is to equip Christian churches to meet the spiritual needs and make disciples (Matt. 28.19-20). We believe that there are Military and First Responders who have a God-given desire to serve others. We help facilitate this goal by making disciples through our Chaplaincy program.

Our Vision is to have well-prepared Chaplains committed to having a positive life impact, thus reducing suicide, among military and first responder communities and to remain connected with them no matter where their ministries lead them.

Serve Ministries Inc. (SMI) is a national organization that believes in the local church and that all believers benefit from being associated with one (Heb. 10.23-25), and the SMI ministry is designed, in part, to enrich the church’s calling by adding to their discipleship programming.
